Shoji Kaneda/ Guitarist, Composer and Arranger
Born in Nara, Japan, has been a music enthusiast since childhood, eventually began practicing and learning music theory at the age of 18.
He covered Jazz, Funk and Blues both in Japan and the US. At the age of 21, graduated from Tezukayama University, Japan, keeping a promise made to his father.
Then immediately began to work professionally as a musician. In 2006, graduated from a specialization course in Jazz Guitar at The School of Music Plan, Japan.
In 2009, he arrived in Brazil in search of the local swing and studied at the Conservatório de Tatuí, São Paulo, graduating with honors.

2000年から関西圏にて音楽活動を開始
2009年よりブラジルサンパウロに拠点を移し音楽フェスティバル、劇場公演、レコーディング等にて音楽活動を展開。
2022年6月より活動を日本国内に置き、ブラジル、アメリカ、ヨーロッパにて音楽活動を展開中。
ブラジル音楽やジャズを中心に包括的な音楽が持つ「無限の自由性」と器楽音楽が持つ「不自由性」という相反するものを自身の楽曲を介して表現する。
